Does anybody know what we are looking for?

Another hero – another mindless crime.

Wikipedia..

 오늘 Wikipedia 에서 날아오는 Daily Article을 읽었는데, Edmund Evans 라는 사람에 대한 이야기였다.

 1850년대에 판화가로 시작해서 어린이용 칼라 그림책을 만들었던 사람의 이야기였는데, Wikipedia에 나타난 내용은 그것이 전부가 아니었다.

 그와 같이 작업했던 사람들, 그가 펴낸 책들… 등등등.

 누가 이 많은 자료들을 수집하고 게시했을까..? 보통의 노력과 관심으로는 안될 듯 한데..

 분명 누군가는 Edmund Evans 혹은 그 사람이 펴낸 책에 무한한 애정과 관심으로 이 글을 작성했을거라 생각한다.

 이러한 관심과 애정을 표출할 수 있는 공간인 Wikipedia 가 새삼스레 위대해 보인다.

 한주를 시작하는 월요일 아침. 괜스레 마음이 밝아진다. 🙂
